The Sweratel RTWIP–4 BS is a Quad Radio Base station system features end-to-end modularized software framework architecture. The Sweratel RTWIP-CORE Intelligent Cellular-class MeshNode was designed from the ground-up tailored to support Cellular-class MetroWiFi requirements of Operators, Telcos and ISPs including Municipalities, IoT sectors and Networked Society Markets.
The Sweratel RTWIP4.0 CORE vertically integrated Cellular-class wireless/mobile broadband solutions feature the Freescale™ i.MX6 Quad Core ARM® Cortex™ -A9 SoC processor and 802.11ac/abgn industrial-grade chipsets/radio module based on IEEE802.11x -family, the world’s most preeminent wireless standards.
The Pard-4400 base station forms the fundamental core architecture of the wireless mesh routing system for Cellular-class Solution. The 3G/LTE to Wi-Fi Offload solution gives the advantage of seamless roaming between 3G/LTE and Wi-Fi networks. It uses standard protocols such as 802.11u and hotspot 2.0 to automatically discover and authenticate the users respectively.
The RTWIPC Base station comprises two fundamental operating modes, the RTWIPC Gateway (GW) and the RTWIPC Relay. The RTWIPC GW provides the end point connection to Internet access via the MNCC. The Sweratel RTWIPC Network is managed by Sweratel RNMSC, a cloud-based graphical user interface that provides real-time visibility and control of all elements of the RTWIPCnetwork. This includes access to and controls of MNCC (s), Gateway(s), and all network base stations. All this network elements in Sweratel RTWIPC Network are monitored, managed and controlled remotely through RNMSC and MNCC. High redundancy and high availability can be achieved by the unique Cluster basis RTWIP Network design and dynamic routing policy respectively.
The Sweratel RTWIP Pard–MNC Pro is a high performance wireless broadband Managed Network Controller with cloud management and Cellular-grade 3G/LTE Wi-Fi Offload Core module; offering remote management, control and monitoring of the RTWIPC GW and Relay Base-Stations (Mesh Nodes) within a Cluster. Modularized software framework architecture designed with robust and compact industrial hardware greatly enhances overall operational efficiencies and optimized expenses/cost by scalable network design, deployment, operation and maintenance.
The Sweratel Cloud based MNCC designed closely coupled with Sweratel Cloud Manager via RNMSC architecture, is a high performance and robust broadband wireless network controller supporting the International standard IEEE802.11 systems. The intelligent Pard-MNC400 operates on RTWIP4.0 Core software platform and provides cloud based control/monitoring and management of mesh-cluster (comprising RTWIPC GW and Relay base-stations) with Cellular-class 3G/LTE Wi-Fi Offload solution. It aggregates Radio Access Network (RAN) data and management traffic from several base-stations towards the centralized Cloud Radio Network Management System (RNMSC) and vice-versa. The Pard-MNC Pro forms one of the core architecture of wireless mesh routing system for Cellular-Grade Solution. The 3G/LTE to Wi-Fi Offload solution gives the advantage of seamless roaming between 3G/LTE and Wi-Fi networks.
As a robust industrial IPC unit, the Sweratel MNCC system platform supports several RTWIPC Core base-stations within a mesh-cluster, and can be co-located with Sweratel RTWIP-GW site or at a “fibre connection point cabinet” or housed at “IP/GE Radio Backbone link” cabinet site. The Pard-MNC Pro supports multiple GWs catering with 8GbE and 4SFP ports.
The Sweratel Pard-MNCPro is designed to have Cloud base connection via Secured Tunnel to the centralized Cloud based RNMSC. The communication between the distributed MNCC and RNMSC would be via a dedicated design proprietary Management Protocol Agent at the MNCC and Management Protocol Server at the RNMSC over centralized location. The MNCC real-time status, conditions and statistic would be simultaneously in synchronization with RNMSC for remote monitoring and management. It supports two-way synchronization between RNMSCóMNCC for continuous and real-time update of configuration and status information. It also supports IP Multicast Forwarding for streaming media within or separate VLANs.
The Pard-MNC Pro is integrated with advanced SMS Engine for reporting alarms/incidents directly to administrator’s phone. It is also integrated with reporting mechanism to the HCS (Health Check Server), for monitoring MNC deployment status for the respective ISP. However, this HCS is enabled for the ISPs with multiple MNCs deployment sites.
Failed over MNC with redundancy architecture also is integrated in MNC-Pro. This Optional feature helps ISPs for the Network redundancy, in case of Primary MNC failure. Apart from this, detailed statistics of the entire cluster (Client & Tx/Rx per BS, Client distribution, total Clients per BS or per Cluster Network, Active client statistics, total capacity etc) is included with different statistical diagrams representations.
The Sweratel RTWIP Pard–RNMS Suite is a high performance virtual Cloud based Radio Network Management Suite (RNMSC) with Cellular-grade 3G/LTE Wi-Fi Offload Core module; offering centralized management, control and monitoring of the Cloud Base RTWIP network elements. It operates on RTWIP4.0 Core Cloud based software platform; greatly enhances overall operational efficiencies and optimizes expenses/cost by scalable network design, deployment, operation and maintenance. Integrating with multiple Application & Services modules generates rapid network deployment with full flexibility in network design and deployment.
The Sweratel Virtual Cloud RNMSC Suite integrates different modules such as the Cloud Base Network Management System (NMS), Centralized RADIUS, database server, Login server, Proprietary synchronization & tunneling protocol etc, in all-in-one Cloud Server, provides remote access with centralized configuration management, performance monitoring and alarm/event reporting for the entire Cloud based RTWIP network elements. The intelligent Pard-RNMS operates on RTWIP4.0 Core software platform and provides complete real-time visibility and control of all the network elements along with Cellular-class 3G/LTE Wi-Fi Offload solution. The Pard-RNMS forms one of the core architecture of wireless mesh routing system for Cellular-grade Solution. The Pard-RNMS consist set of integrated tools for remote web based configuration, monitoring, analyzing and security management of all the RTWIP network elements running RTWIP4.0 Core software platform in a wireless mesh-cluster. ISP/Carrier Subscribers engaging the RNMSC Suite can perform network configuration, monitoring, troubleshoot of their respective deployed network as well as performing software upgrade via Cloud access RNMSC Suite interface. The web-browser based Graphical User Interface (GUI), allows the ISP Subscriber’s administrator to configure/troubleshoot their mesh cluster and deployed nodes through the secured connection.
Apart from NMS modules, the Pard-RNMS consists of other integrated modules such as RADIUS and has zero-interface with Pard-CBS for end-user (Network users) authentication, accounting and billing respectively. The Pard-CBS support payment gateway for internet based bill payments. The RNMSC’s profile controller provides optional customization for 3rd party RADIUS/Billing server support. In Pard-CBS, multiple customized profiles can be created to categorize the users with different type of subscriptions module. Hence, different billing plans configuration is possible for ISP’s customization. Different statistics, such as user/data/network statistics are generated and viewed via the Cloud based GUI with different statistical diagrams representations.
The Sweratel Cloud-managed Pard CBS “Converged Billing Suite” is a high performance, robust and adaptable accounting and billing system. Its Virtual Cloud Based Framework design provides remote management, control and access for End-users and administrators /ISPs. The Pard CBS integrates different modules such as the Centralized RADIUS, Accounting & Billing, Payment Gateway, Advanced Reminder System etc. The intelligent Pard CBS provides complete real-time visibility and control of entire elements (User lists, Billing, Accounting, revenue statistics etc) anywhere and anytime using web-based graphical user interface. The Pard CBS features Advanced User Management System with security control for System Administration, Manager, ISP, Reseller/Distributor and End-User/Clients. This user management module in CBS gives the advantage of assigning “Roles and Privileges for CBS Users”. The Pard CBS users connect to the Pard CBS server via a standard web browser making the remote management user-friendly. The Pard CBS provides Cloud based access portal for End-User/Client access for status/balance enquiry, pre-paid top-up, bill payment etc. End user/Client portal is separated with the Admin portal to ensure security and integrity for the ISP database.
Integrated “Free RADIUS” with built-in Profile Controller’, the Pard CBS greatly enhances overall operational efficiencies and optimizes expenses/cost by its Cloud Based Framework design. The inbuilt Profile Controller in CBS gives the advantage of assigning access limits for the Subscribers/End-Users. The CBS module is designed to work hand-in-hand with the authentication module. It provides user-friendly GUI interface to perform various types of services such as client management, data plans handling, statistic control etc, to allow the ISPs in managing number of end-user or clients with minimum effort.
The Pard CBS features flexibility to create unlimited profiles depending on Data Capacity (D), Session(S), Period (P) and a combination of either or of the three parameters (D/S/P), suitable for business operational purpose. It supports both Post-paid and Pre-paid accounting system. Pard CBS is fully flexible to define the charges based on the data used, session time used, or days elapsed etc. The billing template can be customized with respect to ISP requirements and the ready bill could be either released via email or Hardcopy print-out via Postage. For the case of “None or Late Payment”, Pard CBS is equipped with friendly reminder system via email for a couple of warning/alert system before any potential action on account termination. However, the Pard CBS also provide seamless non-interruption process for re-activation of end-user/client account upon account settlement. Integrated with International PayPal Payment Gateway (including VISA and Master Card) makes it easy for Subscribers/End-Users to self online sign-up. It also possesses provision for integration with deployment local banking network1.
The PARD CBS Core Framework is designed to have zero-interface with Sweratel PARD series Cluster Network solutions. The Pard CBS Framework features seamless adaptation to RTWIP Network solution. However, Pard CBS is flexible for customization to integrate with other Networking System.
